2023-24 Premier League: Week 34 – Wolves vs Arsenal

Wolves welcome Premier League title-chasing Arsenal to Molineux in Saturday Night Football.

Victory would see Wolves move up to 10th in the table, whilst Arsenal can go top with a win.

Rayan Ait-Nouri could feature on the bench for Wolves as he recovers from a calf injury.

Nelson Semedo is ruled out after he suffered a hamstring injury in their 2-2 draw at Nottingham Forest last weekend, whilst double goalscorer in that game – Matheus Cunha (calf) is too sidelined.

Craig Dawson (groin), Jean-Ricner Bellegarde (knee) and Pedro Neto (hamstring) remain absent.

Arsenal have no fresh injury concerns to report after their Champions League loss at Bayern Munich in midweek.

Jurrien Timber (knee) remains sidelined.

When is Kick-Off?

Wolves host Arsenal at Molineux on Saturday 20 April at 7:30pm BST, live on Sky Sports in the UK.

Prediction

Still in with a shout of European qualification if can win their remaining matches, Wolves can’t afford to be as defensively sluggish here as they were at Forest but Cunha is a big loss in terms of goals given their current injury issues in attack.

Arsenal meanwhile can be proud of how they forced Bayern to grind out that midweek win especially once out of energy, but they must quickly regroup because this is a hugely winnable game if want to bounce back in the Premier League title race.

Wolves though won’t make things easy but if Mikel Arteta rotates his squad, there is no reason why Arsenal can’t get a routine win and reignite their title push.

Prediction: Wolves 0-2 Arsenal

Result: Wolves 0-2 Arsenal
