BBC and ITV have announced their selection of Group Stage matches at UEFA Euro 2024.
BBC will televise England’s two opening Group C matches against Serbia and Denmark on 16 and 20 June in 5pm and 8pm UK Time kick-offs respectively in Gelsenkirchen and Frankfurt.
ITV will broadcast England’s final group game against Slovenia at 8pm UK Time on Tuesday 25 June, whilst Denmark’s clash against Serbia will air on ITV4 in the pair of simultaneous kick-offs.
Scotland’s concluding group fixtures against Switzerland and Hungary on 19 and 23 June will kick off at 8pm UK Time, with both fixtures live on BBC whilst the Tartan Army’s clash against hosts – Germany in the opening game on 14 June will air on ITV1.
Should Wales qualify from Play-Off Path A, their opening Group D match against Netherlands at 2pm UK Time on Sunday 16 June will air on BBC1, alongside wiith their concluding Group D match against France on Tuesday 25 June at 5pm.
ITV will have Wales’ potential second group match against Austria on Friday 21 June at 5pm in Berlin.
Other stand-out fixtures on BBC includes reigning champions – Italy’s opening match against Albania on 15 June (8pm), Netherlands’ blockbuster Group D clash against France on 21 June (8pm) and a potentially decisive Group C clash between Croatia and Italy on 24 June (8pm).
ITV’s stand-out fixtures meanwhile include Spain’s Group C clashes against Croatia and Italy on 15 and 20 June, at 5pm and 8pm respectively.
ITV also will brodcast the concluding set of Group Stage fixtures as Group F climaxes on 26 June with Portugal facing Play Off C Winners, whilst Turkey face Czech Republic in a pair of 8pm kick-offs.
In the knockout stages, BBC will have first-choice of the Quarter-Finals whilst ITV hold first pick in Round of 16 and Semi-Finals, with both UK broadcasters televising the final live.
