Jeremie Frimpong, Nathan Ake, Brian Brobbey, and Steven Bergwijn are all ruled out with unspecified injuries.
Ireland will have James McClean available after he joined up with the squad early after initially having been called up for next week’s friendly against New Zealand.
Festy Ebosele (unspecified) and Will Smallbone (foot/thigh) have withdrawn from the squad.

Prediction
Although this year hasn’t exactly been consistent for the Dutch, they’ve won three of their last four games including a comeback win over Ireland in Dublin, but they will be favourites here if find their best quality because they can put two hands on qualification with a win here.
Ireland meanwhile have little to play for other than pride and a chance to finish their campaign on a high, especially after ruthlessly dispatching Gibraltar last month but they will be underdogs in Amsterdam although they can feel confident after pushing the Dutch at home in September.
This game though is must win for Netherlands because a draw or defeat will leave them under pressure heading into their final group clash away to Gibraltar, with a need to match or better Greece’s result so I do expect them to have the edge but Ireland should push them hard.
