BBC Select Man Utd v Liverpool Amongst Televised FA Cup Fourth Round Ties

BBC have selected Manchester United’s blockbuster clash against Liverpool amongst eight selected televised ties in Fourth Round of 2020-21 FA Cup. 

With Man Utd visiting Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday 17 January 2021 on Sky Sports, Jurgen Klopp’s Reds will head to Old Trafford exactly a week later on Sunday 24 January with kick-off at 5pm (GMT) live on BBC One.

BBC will also screen Manchester City’s trip to Whaddon Road to face Cheltenham on Saturday 23 January in a 5:30pm (GMT) kick-off, before Chelsea host Luton on 24 January in a lunchtime start at 12pm (GMT) at Stamford Bridge.

BT’s coverage commences on Friday 22nd January as National League North’s Chorley host Wolves at Victory Park.

BT will then televise Arsenal’s trip to the winner of Southampton’s Third Round clash against Shrewsbury on 23 January with a 12:15pm start, with Ralph Hasenhuttl’s Saints facing Shrewsbury in their rearranged tie on Tuesday 19 January on BT Sport 2 in a 8:00pm (GMT) start.

Brentford’s home game against Leicester forms the first of a double-bill on Sunday 24 January with a 2:30pm (GMT) kick-off on BT Sport 1, with the pay broadcaster then airing Sheffield Wednesday’s away tie at Everton from 8:00pm (GMT).

Fourth Round action concludes at Adams Park as Wycombe Wanderers take on Tottenham Hotspur in a mouth-watering encounter.

Seven of eight Fourth Round ties not selected for live TV coverage have been confirmed for 3pm on Saturday 23 January, whilst BT will stream Fulham’s all Premier League tie against Burnley at Craven Cottage from 2:30pm (GMT) on Sunday 24 January.
