Championship high-flyers, Luton Town face a tough Carabao Cup test as they welcome Manchester United to Kenilworth Road.
Luton come into this match unbeaten whilst Man Utd will be looking to avoid an early Carabao Cup exit as they seek to put Saturday’s surprise defeat behind them.

Luton have no fresh injury concerns as Dan Potts (foot) remains absent alongside long term absentees, Eunan O’Kane (leg) and Brendan Galloway (knee).
Man Utd could be without Nemanja Matic after the Serbian missed Saturday’s league defeat to Crystal Palace following a lack of match fitness. although he will be handed a late fitness test ahead of the team sheet announcement.
Axel Tuanzebe and Phil Jones are ruled out with unspecified injuries but Dean Henderson is in line for a maiden Man Utd debut in goal, after being named as an unused substitute on Saturday.

- This is first League Cup meeting between Luton and Manchester United, although Utd won the only previous domestic cup meeting between these teams by 2-0 result in 1982-83 FA Cup Fourth Round.
- Luton have lost their last three League Cup meetings against Premier League opposition, despite drawing two of those ties before losing on penalties.

Prediction
After scrapping their way to an unlikely Championship survival last season, Luton have certainly kicked on with an unbeaten start to this season and especially in terms of set pieces, which is an area where Utd have to get perfect because Luton will likely punish any dire set piece play from the Red Devils.
Man Utd however did show some promise going forward but just lacked that sharpness which could simply be down to competitive rustiness after a month off, so am expecting to see changes with Odion Ighalo and Mason Greenwood starting in place of Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial to provide extra attacking impetus.
This therefore certainly is going to be a tough encounter but if the Red Devils can tighten up defensively now they have a competitive game under their belt, I can see them snatching the win.
