Title Permutations

Mercedes sealed their sixth Constructors title in Japan whilst Hamilton bettered Bottas by ten points last time out in Mexico, which makes the maths even simpler this weekend.

Hamilton currently has a 74 point lead over Bottas and with just 52 points available after this weekend, Hamilton just needs four points to secure his sixth title.

He can achieve those four points with an eighth place or higher irrespective of whether Bottas wins the race or not, even with or without the point for fastest lap on top of a win.
