Norwich City put their midweek misery behind them to return top of Sky Bet Championship on a weekend which saw 17 goals from just seven ties.
Teemu Pukki opened the scoring against Bolton after eight minutes with a neat curler before turning provider to set up Marco Stiepermann who lashed his pull-back in beyond Remi Matthews 17 minutes later.
Kenny McLean then assured the Canaries of victory when his cross was flicked in by Emiliano Buendia.
Pukki however ensured that it was a heavy drubbing of the Trotters ten minutes after the break, picking up a through ball before lobbing it over Matthews as Norwich moved back top and Bolton remain second bottom.
